WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The orders are packed and processed in Singapore. As a result, most orders would be subject to customs/overseas shipment. Orders may take up to 3-6 weeks to arrive, depending on the reliability of your local courier.


If you did not receive your items after 6 weeks, please contact us. We will refund 50% of your cart price (Does not include shipping fee). In the case of returned parcels, We will refund 100% of your cart price. Alternatively, if your item did not arrive after 6 weeks have passed, you may pay shipping + production fee for the items you ordered to be shipped once more. In the case of return mail, only shipping would have to be paid. If this next shipment does not arrive, we can give you a discount code to be used for your next purchase with us!

WHY DO SOME ITEMS HAVE A SIZE RANGE?

Most of the creators on DABSHOP team are new to merch making! As such, some of us want to purchase samples to check on the size of the item, if it is the right size for our intention. Additionally, some of the merch may vary in size due to the orientation of the image when sent to the supplier.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA AT THE POST OFFICE?

Unfortunately, this is due to individual import fee laws based on the country you are based in. We do not cover any additional fees that you need to pay at the postal service.
